The majority of problems that users have broadcasting or listening to Live365 turns out to be related to Internet connectivity. These tools were created to allow you, the user, to run your own diagnostic tests and determine where the problem may be.
	When using these tools it is important to remember 2 things. The first is that depending on where you are and the current network conditions, the tools may take a while to run... Don't give up. The second is that the information the tools give you should not be given out to just anyone. If you do need to post the information or share it with someone outside of Live365, make sure you remove your home IP address and any other personal information that a would be hacker would love to get.

			Traceroute Server While it is important for you to run a traceroute from your computer to your Live365 server, it is equally important for you to run a traceroute from Live365 to your computer. Run this utility and use it as a tool to help determine where the problem may be.
			Network Performance This utility will send a series of "pings" to each hop between the Live365 servers and your computer. This can be useful when determining where a problem exists. Be patient , this will take a while to run.
